Got a forced nap time today

There was a surgery in our pod on another baby so we were told to go home. We went to our room. The lunch lady brought her two trays since she did not know what Amanda wanted. "great" I thought "I will get to eat"

No she ate All of it but two bites of burger and a lemon bar. She continues to get better I am worried that the next few days are gonna be very hard on her. Most moms get to come home And rest. We font have that luxury. Amanda will sleep at rmh (ronald mcdonald house) while feeding her girl every three hourS.

It has taken a toll on me walking back and forth. I can't imagine what it's like after major surgery even with a wheelchair.
